Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge on new development to help fund supporting infrastructure across the Stroud District. Stroud District Council adopted CIL in February 2017 and the levy applies to applications permitted after 1st April 2017.
