• Apply online via GOV.UK to change address on Club Premises Certificate

This can be used if there is minor alteration to the name or address of the club. The fee is £10.50. On receipt, the club premises certificate will be re-issued with the new details. This cannot be used if the club moves address or transfers to another Club. If the club moves to a new building or the club transfers to a new club, a new application will have to be made.
